The Pastry project

this two-part video series was produced for Dairy Farmers of Washington in collaboration with Seattle social enterprise, The Pastry Project, in 2024. The pastry project provides a free baking and pastry training program to individuals with barriers in the industry. This two part mini-doc followed pastry project student Juanita Hernandez as she worked her way through the 14-week program, from week one to graduation. videography and editing done by me.
